The most genuine Vietnamese true to form “Farm to Table Restaurant” ever. The place is famous for its Cold Beers, Rural Location and Coal Roasted BBQ Chicken Lunches. It’s a real leader in Community Based Tourism in the area, as all the houses around feed the restaurant with Produce. It works with its community and is a financial support to the entire village. Each evening and some in the morning, produce from the local households in the valley, the families bring their produce, fresh to the business in preparation for the following day.

The Pub with Cold Beer was named by an Australian visiting the area in 2007, when he was amazed to find someone selling cold beer in the region. In 2007 there was really not a cold beer place known, between Danang and Hanoi. Mrs Nguyet at the Pub With Cold Beer was way ahead of her time. It was the 1st business in Phong Nha for selling cold beers. of that we are certain.
